Application form can be obtained from our college office after the payment of ₹100. You can also download the application form from the website, and submit to the office along with above mentioned fee.

1. Marklist  of the qualifying exam/Pass certificate.
2. T.C  from the institution where the student last studied.
3. Conduct Certificate.
4. SSLC/X  Certificate.
5. Equivalancy  Certificate in case of students coming from other states / Universities.
6. 6 copies of recent passport size photograph and 2 stamp size photograph of the applicant.
