BSc Food Technology with Physics and Chemistry
Mode Of Selection:
All Students should register their names with the University of Calicut under Centralized Admission Process (CAP). 50% of our seats will be filled from the general merit list as per the university guidelines. The remaining 50% seats are filled under our management quota. The application form can be availed from our college office on payment of ₹ 100. The same can also be downloaded from our website and can be submitted along with mentioned application fee. Course fees would be collected as per Govt. rules.
About the Course:
Food Technology is the application of food science to the selection, preservation, processing, packaging, distribution & use of safe food.
Scope:
The Food Technologist study the physical, chemical and micro biological make up of the food
